| You MUST get permission from a moderator to start a group. You must show good cause as to why you want to open the group. I will be making the group owner a moderator of the group, and what they say will pretty much go. Any member can post in any group they like, however if you're posting in a way that the group leader does not agree with, they will have the right to POLITELY tell you to stop posting in that manner. If it continues after they have asked you to stop, then I or another moderator will step in.
Any groups started without permission will be DELETED!!!
